New words

Yesterday, I was speaking on the phone with a colleague. During the conversation, my pal used a term that I hear very little: "vexed". Loved it. So I've decided to incorporate the word "vexed" into something I write over the next week, if applicable.

Do you do that, too? Do you hear words that you haven't used in a while and then use them simply because they are new and fresh? Personally, I think that makes copy much more interesting.

Now if I could only find a way to use "mollycoddle"... hmmm...

Some people are just that open about the events happening in and out of their internal system.
Some think it is best to politely ask whether the listener is eager to hear about any of that...

But see, some people are just that very much open they just want to share the good (and bad) news.
I don't think he wanted to hurt you!
