I don't care about C. And I can handle D with A.
Does it count if I already have A? To still choose it?
C is rather worthless right now... I'll go with B, especially if I can use it during A!

First, a "d", than a "b", combined with "a", and I don't really care what "c" is, so...I'd leave that out.
Dieting...bring on the pizza.
Clever way to get someone to reveal their age!
I'm just a simple person; I'd go for B (in the winter, of course) and D. Then I'd kick myself in the butt for not picking C.
As a happily married man, I have "a" every night. Hot blankets? Nope. Too cozy and I don't like cozy. "c?" Hot stock tips have a way of turning very cold; besides, I am just naturally sceptical of any get-rich-quick promises. So I'll go with "d." But I'd modify it: "d" - either hot or cold.
